The Blog

Totten Mine had it’s official grand opening this past Friday.    I had the pleasure to photograph all the different stages of the project  and I watched the progress every weekend as I headed to my cottage which takes me right past the site.  Totten closed in 1972  a year before I was born and as a kid when we crested the hill and the old headframe came into view we knew we were almost at the lake.
