Manipulating the shutter speed for a longer exposure of 2.5 seconds aloud me to capture the multitudes of colors from the vehicle lights. By capturing it this way, it brings more impact to an image that is seen quite often on site (discussing safety & procedures). It makes it memorable without losing the purpose of the image. That is the goal for every image!
