Every individual in the mining industrial industry has a story, an experience and motivation to how they got into their career. I always ask these same two questions when I meet someone in the mining industry “How long have you been here? & Where were you before?” Ask these two questions and you will learn a lot about that person and it’s a great way to segway into a great conversation.
