Before it was First Cobalt (www.firstcobalt.com) I visited this facility just on the outskirts of Cobalt Ontario back in 2013 to create images for United Commodity. I spent the day touring the refinery and area creating images of all aspects of the process. At the current time the facility was used to extract remaining gold and silver from old tailings from the region. It was quit the process and facility and it’s great to see the resurrection of this unique facility.
